Terms of Use
These terms form the agreement between you and Bold Reckonavence Digital Services — demo entity, trading as Bold Reckonavence, for use of this website and the services described on it. Please read them before opening an account; by creating one you accept everything set out below.
1. Agreement and scope
These terms apply to every visitor of this website and to every registered user of the platform, to the extent relevant to each. They govern the analysis, monitoring and support services described across this site, and they sit alongside the policies we link from them, the Privacy Policy, the risk disclosure, the withdrawal policy and the fee schedule, all of which form part of the agreement.
2. Who we are
The service is operated by Bold Reckonavence Digital Services — demo entity, trading as Bold Reckonavence, with its office in Manchester, United Kingdom, and contact address [email protected]. Demo company reference DEMO-2026-001; fictional registered office: 120 Example Avenue, Suite 4, Manchester. Regulatory position is summarised on the licensing page and confirmed on request.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement, and you must reside in the United Kingdom. One account per person is permitted. You confirm that the information you give at registration and verification is accurate and current, and that you will update it within 30 days of any change.
4. Your account and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor device and recovery codes confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. The security measures available to you, and the obligations that come with them, are described on the security page.
5. What the service is, and is not
The platform provides market monitoring, AI-assisted analysis, alerting and personal support. It does not trade on your behalf, does not hold your funds, and does not provide personal investment advice regulated as such in the United Kingdom; nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Analysis is informational, may be wrong, and remains subject to the risk disclosure. Decisions, and their outcomes, are yours.
6. Fees, subscriptions and payment
The fee schedule on the fees page states the monthly subscription of each plan, the trading fee, spreads and every other charge, and it forms part of these terms. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on a rolling basis and may be cancelled effective from the end of the current billing month. Amounts due may be deducted from your platform balance where the payment method fails.
7. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits must originate from accounts in your own name. Withdrawals are made to verified destinations under the rules and timings of the withdrawal policy, including the £20 minimum, the £150,000 daily maximum, verification requirements and the specific circumstances in which a request may be delayed. We may return any deposit whose source cannot be tied to your verified identity.
8. Exchange connections and third parties
You connect an exchange account using keys you create, with read-only permissions. Your relationship with that exchange is governed by its own terms, and its failures, outages or insolvency are not ours. Third-party services named on this site for context, including the exchanges whose names appear on the homepage, are independent of us, and their naming is not endorsement or partnership.
9. Risk acknowledgment
You acknowledge that trading involves risk, including total loss of capital, that past performance and illustrative projections do not predict results, and that no feature of the service constitutes a guarantee of outcome. This acknowledgment is a condition of using the service, and the full statement lives in the risk disclosure.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its text and the platform's software are owned by Bold Reckonavence or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, scraping or reuse of the content for commercial purposes, including presenting it as your own service, is not permitted.
11. Prohibited use
- Using the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose.
- Sharing one account between several people, or reselling access to the platform.
- Attempting to breach, probe or overload the site's security, or assisting others to.
- Providing false information at any stage, including verification and source-of-funds answers.
Breach may result in immediate suspension, closure of the account, and reporting where the law requires it.
12. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK law that cannot be limited. Otherwise, our liability for losses connected to the service is limited to the total of subscriptions you paid in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for losses caused by your own credentials being compromised, by third-party exchanges and payment providers, or by market movements.
13. Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, fees or the law; material changes are notified to your registered email at least 14 days before taking effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. You may close your account at any time with written notice, subject to settling amounts due and withdrawing your balance under the withdrawal policy. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to refer a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service under the process on our complaints page.
