Limits that apply
The minimum withdrawal is £20 per request and the daily maximum is £150,000. Deposits start from your plan minimum: £250 on Basic, £1,500 on Advanced and £5,000 on Premium. The first withdrawal on any account requires completed identity verification.
Where the detail lives
The step-by-step procedure for each method is on the getting started page, and the full rules for reviewing, approving and delaying requests are on the withdrawal policy page.
How a deposit reads on your account: funds appear on the dashboard the moment they are confirmed by the payment provider, with the reference and timestamp recorded in your account history. Deposits must come from an account in your own name, because payments from third parties cannot be accepted under verification rules and are returned to source, which takes longer than the payment itself.
And how a withdrawal reads: each request shows its stage, received, under review or released, together with the reference your bank or PayPal will display alongside the credit. The whole path from request to arrival is visible to you and to your adviser, so there is never a moment when the location of your money is a mystery to the people you can ask.
A note on card payments: some UK card issuers apply their own fee or treat trading-platform payments as a cash advance, which can affect the amount credited. Check with your issuer if unsure. Trading involves risk, including the loss of the capital you invest.
