Frequently asked questions

Eight categories covering the questions new users ask most: getting started, verification, fees, payments, features, risk, security and support. Each answer is written to stand on its own, with a link to the full page where the detail lives.

01 / Getting started

Getting started

How long does registration take?

The form itself takes under a minute: name, email and phone number. A personal adviser then calls within 24 hours to complete the setup with you. Nothing is charged and no deposit is required at registration.

What is the minimum I can start with?

The Basic plan has a £250 minimum deposit. Advanced starts at £1,500 and Premium at £5,000. Your adviser will confirm which plan matches what you want to do before any money moves.

Do I need experience to use the platform?

No. The dashboard is built to be read without a trading background, and the adviser walks you through each screen on your first call. The getting started guide takes you from registration to your first week step by step.

02 / Accounts and verification

Accounts and verification

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification is required under UK anti-money-laundering rules before you can trade or withdraw. It usually takes one photo ID document and a short selfie check. Most verifications complete within one working day.

Can one person hold several accounts?

One verified account per person. Multiple watchlists and strategies live inside a single account, so there is no need for more. If your circumstances change, for example a legal name change, we update the existing account instead.

What happens if my verification fails?

We tell you which document or detail did not pass and what to send instead. Common fixes are a clearer photo or a document that is still in date. Nothing is charged for retrying, and your data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

03 / Fees and plans

Fees and plans

What does the monthly subscription cover?

It covers the analysis dashboard, market monitoring and your adviser access. It is not a percentage of your funds and not a performance fee. The three plans are £19, £45 and £95 per month, listed with every other cost on the fees page.

Are there fees on deposits and withdrawals?

No platform fee on either side, by any method. The trading fee of 0.3% to 0.5% per position and the crypto spread of up to 1.0% are the market costs to be aware of. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges, which we do not control.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, in either direction, effective from the next billing date. Your watchlists and history carry over unchanged. If you downgrade below a feature you were using, your adviser will explain what pauses rather than deletes.

Is there an inactivity fee?

Yes, £10 per month after six months with no login and no open positions. One sign-in resets the clock, and we email you before the first charge. The fee never exceeds the balance available.

04 / Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals

How fast are deposits?

Bank transfer by Faster Payments, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal deposits are normally instant. If a card deposit is held by your issuer it usually clears within minutes. You will see the funds on the dashboard as soon as they arrive.

How long does a withdrawal take?

We release withdrawals within 24 hours. Bank and PayPal arrivals usually follow within the same working day, and Visa card credits take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuer. The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification.

What are the withdrawal limits?

The minimum per request is £20 and the daily maximum is £150,000. Larger amounts are split across consecutive days with the schedule confirmed to you in advance. The full rules, including reasons for delay, are on the withdrawal policy page.

05 / Platform features

Platform features

Does the platform trade for me automatically?

No. Bold Reckonavence analyses and alerts; you decide and confirm every action. This is a deliberate design choice, because strategies that trade without you also risk without you. The comparison table on the homepage sets out the difference against autonomous bots.

Which markets can I follow?

Major cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP, plus equity lists you choose with your adviser. Gold and key FX pairs like GBPUSD are on the market ticker for context. Coverage details are on each product page.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, the dashboard is fully responsive and works in your phone browser. Alerts arrive by email so they reach you without an app store. A native app is on the roadmap, and product pages carry the current state.

06 / Risks

Risks

Can I lose money trading?

Yes. All trading and investment activity carries financial risk, including losing the whole amount you invest. The risk disclosure page sets out the main risk types in plain terms. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose.

Does the AI reduce risk?

It improves the information in front of you, not the outcome. Prices can still move against a well-analysed position, and past patterns do not guarantee future behaviour. Treat the analysis as a lens, not a shield.

Is my deposit protected like a bank deposit?

No. Balances connected to trading are not bank deposits and are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme deposit protection. Your funds sit on the exchange account you connect, which carries its own terms.

07 / Security

Security

How is my account protected?

Two-factor authentication, encrypted connections, login alerts for new devices, session controls and a full audit history are standard on every account. Nine measures in total are described on the security page. You can review the audit history yourself at any time.

What if I see a login I do not recognise?

Change your password immediately, then contact support and we will force-close all active sessions. The audit log shows device, time and location for every access, which helps identify what happened. We never ask for your password or one-time codes by phone or email.

How do you use my personal data?

To run your account, meet verification duties and communicate with you, under the bases set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Verification records are kept only as long as the rules require.

08 / Support and complaints

Support and complaints

When is support available?

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, by email to [email protected]. The usual waiting time is under five minutes. Your personal adviser is also available for booked calls around your schedule.

How do I make a complaint?

Email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line and we acknowledge within two working days and respond fully within fifteen. If you remain unsatisfied, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The full process is on the complaints page.

Where is your office?

In Manchester, United Kingdom. Visitors are welcome for booked appointments so that an adviser is free to sit down with you. Directions and hours are on the contact page.

Still unanswered? Write to [email protected] and a member of the team will reply, usually within five minutes during opening hours. Related reading: the getting started guide, the fee schedule and the risk disclosure.
